Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, serve customers at counters or buffet tables, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, manage staff schedules, and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
