We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 certification, creating policies and procedures, and collaborating with external consulting firms to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Risk Management: Manage projects to achieve and maintain ISO 27001 certification, conduct risk assessments, and develop and implement necessary controls.
- Cybersecurity Policy and Procedure Development: Create, review, and update cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of all compliance activities, including risk assessments, audit findings, and corrective actions, and prepare regular reports for the IT leadership group.
- Audit and Compliance: Coordinate external and internal audits, provide documentation for audits, and ensure all healthcare-related compliance documentation is up to date.
- Cybersecurity Program Development: Upgrade cybersecurity programs and capabilities, implement and maintain security controls, and conduct risk and compliance assessments of IT and Security standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on compliance and implementing ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and other privacy frameworks.
- Certifications: CISA, Security+, or other relevant certifications.
- Skills: Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27701 certifications and healthcare-related compliance, IT and security policy, standards, and procedures creation and maintenance, Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management (IAM and PAM), Role and attribute-based access controls (RBAC and ABAC), and ISO 27001 Implementer or Auditor.
