Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparing Meat: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters, as well as cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
- Meat Processing: Remove bones from meat, cut poultry into parts, clean and prepare fish and shellfish, cut fish into steaks and fillets, and grind meats.
- Display Preparation: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
