About Us

We are a leading organization in arts education, committed to providing exceptional experiences for children and youth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Associate Director, Education & Participation, to develop and implement school and community programs that promote arts education and participation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating school and community programming, including planning, scheduling, and communication with staff, educators, and community partners.
  • Working with the Associate Director to hire and schedule artist educators for school workshops and residencies, as well as community programs.
  • Developing and implementing member school programs, including ongoing communication with teachers and principals.

You will also be responsible for coordinating post-performance Q&A sessions at our theatre, as well as internal coordination of accessible performances and associated events.

This is a full-time, salaried position that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
