Product Manager Job Description

As a Product Manager at Ascend Fundraising Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products. Reporting to the VP Operations and Product Implementation, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, including UAT testing and creating content for user guides and training documentation.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product feature success.
  • Analyze product performance data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or similar role in software development.
  • Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and marketing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies, Word Press, and Shopify is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira & Asana.
