Job Summary

The Housekeeper position at Extended Stay America is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, restocking amenities, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

* Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, including public areas and guest rooms
* Restock amenities and supplies as needed
* Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management
* Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including cleaning equipment and supplies
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues

Work Environment

The Housekeeper position is a part-time, non-exempt role that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will be working in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis. You will be required to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a variety of environments, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities.
