About the Role

CarePartners is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our therapy/rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional assessment and treatment of patients in the community and in their homes
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and community support workers
  • Coordinate and supervise community support workers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide guidance on workplace health and safety and promote independence of clients in the home and community
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
  • Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook, work scheduling systems
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • French language skills are an asset
