Insulation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at WHITEHILL MECHANICAL GROUP LTD. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the thermal integrity of our clients' buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
- Select and apply the appropriate insulation materials and methods
- Measure, cut, and install insulation materials to required dimensions and specifications
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in insulation installation
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
