Job Title: Supervisor of Food Product Quality Assurance
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor of Food Product Quality Assurance to join our team at FV FOODS. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- Prepare production and other reports
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in quality assurance or control
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and reliability
Work Environment: Our bakery is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of staff and workers to ensure the highest quality of our food products.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
