Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our team at St. Clement's School as a teacher for the International Studies (I/S) program, specifically teaching geography.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a passion for inspiring students to learn. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching certification or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $57,686-$117,048, pro-rated if less than full-time, commensurate with experience.
