Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety plans to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of workers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in rail construction and maintenance, with a strong background in safety and quality management.
  • Valid Canadian Railway Operating Rules (CROR) and Track Inspection Guideline (TIG) certifications.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of workers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
