Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Wonderland Child Care Center.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the daycare, including allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and have a strong sense of initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The General Manager will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and have a strong sense of initiative.
