Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Jimmy Choo. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with clients and promoting Jimmy Choo products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling advice.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times, including store displays and window displays.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and financial responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele.
  • Skillset: Self-starter with the ability to drive results, curious and motivated with the ability to engage, customer service focused, and technologically savvy.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
