As a Program Development Coordinator for Seniors, you will be responsible for developing and facilitating engaging, inclusive, and meaningful recreation programs tailored to seniors. Your expertise in a specific skill area, such as music, arts, languages, or wellness, will be shared in a way that is accessible and enjoyable for participants.

  • You will develop and implement program plans that meet the needs and interests of seniors.
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Gather feedback from participants to enhance future programming.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Expertise in a specific skill area.
  • Experience in program development, recreation, or a related field (seniors experience is an asset).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • A patient, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
