Dialysis Nurse

We are looking for a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our Dialysis Department at Headwaters Health Care Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general Hemodialysis nursing duties to patients who are identified as less complex and demonstrate more predictable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties expected of a Registered Practical Nurse within Dialysis Department
• Provide general Hemodialysis nursing duties to patients who are identified as less complex
• Complete work assignments on a daily basis

Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum two years of hemodialysis experience within the last five years required
• Minimum five years medicine nursing experience required
• Nephrology certificate required or enrolled and will successfully complete Nephrology certificate within 3 years of hire
• Other qualifications as mentioned in the job description
