At Njoyn, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Thoracic Program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with various thoracic conditions, including lung and esophageal diseases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare teams, and patients. A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in thoracic, cardiothoracic, respiratory, and/or critical care is required.
Responsibilities include working independently and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to provide evidence-informed care that aligns with professional, ethical, and legal standards. The NP will also contribute to the education of patients, families, and health professionals by sharing knowledge about thoracic care, health promotion, and recovery strategies.
