At Njoyn, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Thoracic Program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with various thoracic conditions, including lung and esophageal diseases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare teams, and patients. A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in thoracic, cardiothoracic, respiratory, and/or critical care is required.
Responsibilities include working independently and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to provide evidence-informed care that aligns with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
