We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Aroma Maya Coffee Inc. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
