About the Role:

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst for ClusterSeven solutions, you will play a key role in supporting our business users across the RBC enterprise. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expertise in delivering and supporting IT risk controls using the ClusterSeven suite of applications.

Job Summary:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to business users on ClusterSeven applications and services
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to ensure compliance with RBC Global policies and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain documentation to ensure it is up-to-date, accurate, and usable by all levels of ClusterSeven users
  • Serve as a liaison between the ClusterSeven Support Team and business users to resolve incidents and issues in a timely manner
  • Perform weekly user reports detailing outstanding reviews and approvals to aid users in adhering to the RBC Global EUDA policy
  • Keep records of all ClusterSeven licenses issued or reclaimed from users to ensure contract obligations to the vendor are not breached
  • Complete monthly reporting of the state of the ClusterSeven environment to the wider GFT team
  • Support the Team Manager in testing product releases and performing upgrades and enhancements to production applications during weekends

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels to varying degrees of ability
  • Able to convey instructions verbally and written in layman's terms where required
  • Confidence to speak to large groups of strangers
  • Customer-focused with the desire to forge lasting relationships
  • Intermediate skills in Excel/Access and VBA
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, self-starter
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a close-knit team
