Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Early Childhood Caregiver to join our team at Gulammohammed Limaliya. As an Early Childhood Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to infants and children in a safe and healthy environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent position offering 30 to 40 hours of work per week with free parking available. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, flexibility, initiative, organizational skills, reliability, and time management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to infants and children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and supervising their activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment in the home, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children and perform other household tasks as needed.
  • Establish a positive and nurturing relationship with the children and provide emotional support and guidance when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's daily activities, health information, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with children in a caregiving capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid Canadian work permit (if applicable).
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant training or education is an asset.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus free parking and a permanent employment opportunity.
