We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Kalapaw Cuisine Philippines. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Package take-out food and prepare it for delivery
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer specifications
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet menu standards
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
