About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compiler Engineer to join our AWS Neuron team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing business-critical features, publishing cutting-edge research, and mentoring a brilliant team of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance compilers for AWS Inferentia and Trainium
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new features and products
  • Contribute to the development of innovative software and hardware solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow in their careers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, high-performance computing, and distributed architectures
Requirements
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
