Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Renovation Helper to join our team at Lauresco. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of building renovation, including loading and unloading materials, reading blueprints, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure accurate execution
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, as well as demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of construction sites
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in construction or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
