About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart #203. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing sales staff, managing inventory, and driving business growth.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience supervising a team of 5-10 people. You will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring that sales targets are met, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise sales staff and provide guidance on sales strategies and customer service excellence
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues related to customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including standing for extended periods
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs for sales staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales management, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring regular working hours, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid vacation time.
