Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at 1041956 BC LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load buspans and trays, and unload them when needed.
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and portion food for customers, and package take-out food.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
