About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Unger Family. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide personalized support to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in regular exercise and activities
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis

Working Conditions:

  • Work in employer's/client's home
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) weight handling

Security and Safety:

  • Criminal record check required
