Job Summary:

  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical activity. The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
