Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at RhynoCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients in a variety of long-term and acute care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: Utilize your expertise to deliver excellent nursing care to our patients, ensuring their physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs are met.
- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their optimal health and well-being.
- Implement and Evaluate Care: Implement care plans and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Manage Medications and Supplies: Safely manage medications and supplies, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Active Registration: Be actively registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with the ability to work varied shifts and respond to changing patient needs.
- Education and Certifications: Hold current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid, with proof of current immunizations and a negative TB skin test within the past year.
- Police Check: Possess a current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
