As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing day-to-day activities, overseeing the maintenance of IT assets, and implementing strategic plans to improve SLA performance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control departmental activities
- Direct the maintenance of IT assets and inventory
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance SLA performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Manage the implementation of new technologies and applications

Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading IT infrastructure operations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience with ITIL and ITSM frameworks
