Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Benefits Administrator. This is a permanent position available until March 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding benefits, disability, retirement, and absence management.
  • Administer benefit programs for corporate, associates, and banner stores, including correspondence with stores and employees, communication with insurers, and processing and analyzing changes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll entries related to employee benefits, retirement plans, and absence management.
  • Support the development and implementation of tools to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual in English and French, both orally and in writing.
  • College or university degree in administration or human resources (asset).
