Job Title: Infrastructure Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering key industrial IT initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage the physical IIT network infrastructure to ensure optimal connectivity and compliance with ISA 99 standards.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop and implement IIT infrastructure designs and applications.
  • Manage and operate software systems and services associated with the IIT environment.
  • Identify and establish IIT standards for development of policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all aspects of the IIT infrastructure systems are effectively documented and support business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance to support day-to-day IIT and client operations.
  • Assist in the management of IS budgets and provide technical guidance to IS Operations, Controls & Operations, and Operations & Maintenance teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for IIT requests and coordinate with technical teams/vendors to ensure proper resolution.
Requirements:
  • Computer Science Degree or equivalent certification/diploma and/or experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in an infrastructure support role.
  • 5+ years' experience in Cisco networking (VLANS, EIRGP/OSPF, ring network topology, and security).
  • Experience with Honeywell Experion PKS, Tofino firewalls, and Honeywell Fault Tolerant Ethernet (FTE) network.
  • Experience with NetApp SAN configuration, Active Directory, VMware, and UCS technologies.
  • SCADA, DCS, or PCN systems with a good understanding of process control network architecture and ISA 99 control system standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with diverse personalities and workforce.
  • Ability to forge, grow, and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet time demands of unpredictable activities.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritize work to achieve them.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to site post-pandemic.
Preferred Certifications:
  • PPE/H2S Alive Safety Certifications.
  • Cisco Certifications: CCNA and CCNP Routing & Switching.
