We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Specialist to join our team at Pandell - An ESG Company. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our web, print, and software projects.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles and applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator. You will work closely with our design director and team to translate creative direction into visual design, and maintain HTML/CSS for multiple web websites.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, illustrate, animate, and layout for a wide range of web, print, and software projects
  • Work with clients and content developers to gather requirements and explain design concepts
  • Research, suggest, and implement new and more efficient processes
  • Uphold brand standards and design principles

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience
  • Strong understanding of design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Proven knowledge of HTML/CSS, not afraid to learn or modify JavaScript
