  • **KAPP Infrastructure Inc.** is seeking a skilled Construction Cost Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, preparing pre-qualification submissions to present clients, and reading blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • As a Construction Cost Professional, you will also be responsible for preparing estimates for general expenses and overheads, providing economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects, and creating and submitting estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms.
  • You will utilize quantity take-off procedures, advise on tendering procedures, set up cost monitoring and reporting systems, and prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors.
  • Additionally, you will liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates, work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • **Requirements:** 3 years to less than 5 years of experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
