About the Role

We are seeking a Project Director to lead and run projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including internal and external partners, to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Maintain clear and open communication channels with project partners, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
  • Supervise project budgets and expenditures, making necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
  • Lead project scope and change requests, ensuring they align with project objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to enhance collaboration and project success.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience as a Project Director or similar field, with a track record of successfully delivering outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and presentation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage partners effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
