Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Transportation: Drive a variety of trucks, including lighter and special purpose vehicles, to transport goods across the country.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload goods, ensuring they are properly secured and protected during transit.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with central dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Cargo Handling: Handle and transport hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
