Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Ardent Industries Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental, health, and safety policies and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety policies and programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, such as WSIB and MOL.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental, health, and safety procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and analyze environmental, health, and safety statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- University degree or college diploma in environmental or occupational health and safety discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in leading health and safety initiatives in a multi-site organization.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
