We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at 6235906 MANITOBA LTD. as a key member of our grocery store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and trim meat to exact specifications
  • Prepare standard cuts of meat for display and sale
  • Remove bones and clean fish and shellfish for customer purchase
  • Grind meats and slice cooked meats for customer convenience
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats for presentation
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet customer demands. You will be standing for extended periods and must be physically demanding.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
