Supervisor of Food Services

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at CITY SOUTH PIZZA in Niagara Falls. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and a clean and safe environment.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, supervise and check the assembly of trays, and ensure the timely delivery of food trolleys.
- Work Schedules and Planning: Establish work schedules and ensure the efficient use of resources, meeting the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
