We are a top insurance client in Canada, looking for a talented Bilingual Plan Design Specialist to join our team for a 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion to permanent based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Canadian Retirement products and Manulife products, as well as experience in Operations. A College diploma or equivalent business experience is required, along with strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up plans and policies on the administrative system with high quality.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for plan setup.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for each plan, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards set by federal and provincial pension authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Knowledge of Canadian Retirement products and Manulife products
  • Experience in Operations
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent business experience

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in data entry.
  • Comfortable writing and responding to emails, and handling inquiries from clients.
