Job Title: Truck Driver - Long Haul Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled truck driver to join our team at DURDUR TRUCKING LTD. as a long haul professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload goods at designated locations
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs and maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption

Requirements:

  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset or equivalent experience

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position involves working independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
