Job Title: Electrical Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanic to join our team at North Lake Enterprises LTD. As an Electrical Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, transformers, and switchgear.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment to identify issues and recommend repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment
  • Use machining tools to fabricate or recondition parts and perform static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors
  • Perform on-site servicing and repair, including testing and repairing or replacing faulty wiring or components in electrical switchgear
  • Test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear, or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical repair and maintenance
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
