About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties to their original state after disasters strike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing and moving of contents from job sites to warehouse facilities.
  • Tearing out damaged materials on site, such as flooring.
  • Sourcing and delivering of materials to different job sites.
  • Setting up containment at job sites, along with before and after construction cleans.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and company equipment.
  • Assisting in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Participating in the on-call schedule and being accessible by phone.
Requirements
  • Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime, if needed.
  • Ability to lift 50 LBS frequently.
  • Desire to continually learn new things and be part of our on-call rotation.
