Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment, including cement mixers and soil stabilizers
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with long hours and outdoor work conditions
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

  • Experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in a road construction or cement stabilization environment
  • Knowledge of road construction and cement stabilization processes
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Physical stamina to work in outdoor conditions, with long hours and heavy lifting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
