About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team at Atlas Electrical Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain electrical systems, including underground wiring and cables
  • Design and construct single-phase and multiphase service for residential and commercial installations
  • Test and measure voltage, loads, and ground faults to ensure circuit integrity
  • Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand electrical system designs
  • Work with apprentices to train and mentor them in electrical systems installation and maintenance
  • Install power generation, stand-by power generation, and power conditioning systems
  • Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures, including swimming pools and hot tubs
  • Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in electrical systems installation and maintenance
  • Professionalism in customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications

Work Term: Permanent
