Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Underwriter to manage mortgage deals, underwriting, and approval processes. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Mortgage Agents to advise and structure deals, ensuring maximum returns, exceptional response times, and increased efficiency while minimizing risks and maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mortgage application completion and assessment.
  2. Client advice and solution provision.
  3. Compliance requirement meeting and lender policy adherence.
  4. Due diligence on underwriting-related documentation.
  5. Signature and Compliance package preparation.
  6. Loan submission process management.
  7. Client lawyer and appraiser correspondence.
  8. Lender relationship building.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Underwriter.
  3. Proficiency in multiple software platforms.
  4. Ability to work in a team environment.
  5. Mortgage License (required).
