At Charl-Pol Inc, we are seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, and fitting, brazing, and torch-straightening metal.

The ideal candidate will have experience with shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) and be proficient in operating hoisting and lifting equipment. You will also be responsible for determining weldability of materials and operating previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Equivalent experience
