Requirements:

  • Some high school education is necessary. Prior experience or knowledge of supporting individuals with disabilities and/or seniors is an asset.
  • Empathy and understanding of people's physical and emotional needs are essential.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations are required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with clients, family members, and colleagues is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
