Job Title: CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Mastercam Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Mastercam programmer to join our team at METEC Metal Technology Inc. As a CNC Mastercam programmer, you will be responsible for setting up and programming machine tools, inspecting processes, and developing manufacturing and processing procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and program machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
  • Inspect processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement manufacturing and processing procedures
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Use Mastercam CAD/CAM software to create and edit programs
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in CNC programming and machine setup
  • Proficiency in Mastercam CAD/CAM software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
