Job Title: Logistics Export Planner

This role is responsible for ensuring that export orders are complete and processed on-time, managing all required export documentation for shipments, and ensuring timely and complete communication to all stakeholders.

The Logistics Export Planner will be the expert in their set of tasks, looking to operational issues resolution, and will provide guidance to deliver the service as per agreed scope.

The role will also involve day-to-day process ownership to ensure delivery of results in accordance with the directions provided by Hub/Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure export orders are complete and processed on-time
  2. Manage all required export documentation for shipments
  3. Ensure timely and complete communication to all stakeholders
  4. Be the expert in their set of tasks, looking to operational issues resolution
  5. Provide guidance to deliver the service as per agreed scope
  6. Day-to-day process ownership to ensure delivery of results
  7. Coordinate all logistic activities, ensuring service excellence and meeting customer expectations
  8. Ensure accurate reporting, invoicing and pallet administration
  9. Supports continuous improvement and roll-out of best practices
Requirements:
  1. University Degree
  2. 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics
  3. Practical knowledge of MS Office skills (Excel/Access)
  4. Practical knowledge of Google Tools (Gmail, Google sheets, Google drive)
  5. Autonomous, results oriented, promoting team-work, problem solving
  6. Project management, analytical and presentation skills
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. SAP APO experience is an advantage
