Overview:

Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a Data Services Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating large-scale data service initiatives, managing risks, and enhancing digital transformation projects.

About the Job:

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in Agile environments, excel in documentation, and are skilled in stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and provide expert-level support in project coordination, risk management, and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Coordinating project activities for a large, diverse program.
  • Identifying risks and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Preparing and contributing to reporting and briefing materials for leadership.
  • Facilitating meetings, documenting key actions, and tracking progress.
  • Ensuring program artefacts align with established program management frameworks.
  • Maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Supporting governance activities, risk management, and compliance tracking.
  • Developing visual diagrams to represent business requirements and processes.
  • Ensuring alignment with business analysis best practices and industry standards.
  • Using collaboration management tools to track project progress and team efforts.
  • Assisting teams in sprint planning and backlog management.
  • Supporting Agile methodologies and frameworks to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing program coordination support for large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong documentation skills, including visualizing requirements and processes.
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and MS Office.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • A team player with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time.
  • Familiarity with Ontario's digital strategy and I&IT standards.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices.
