Senior Director of Brand Marketing

Indigo Books & Music Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Brand Marketing to drive qualified traffic and sales to all channels while building awareness, engagement, and growth of the Indigo brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that deliver on brand and business KPIs.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar budget line and oversee relationships with external agencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to gain support for the overall Marketing Strategy.
- Collaborate with the Executive team to drive business objectives.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the execution of deliverables.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience with increasing leadership roles.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or equivalent.
- Demonstrated record of success in Marketing (traffic, sales, other relevant KPIs).
- Experience managing a P&L or similar budget oversight.
- Experience in retail marketing preferred.
- A dynamic and enriching culture.
